Please zip a small sample of original hand histories in which this issue occurs and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31).

this problem still appears. all you guys is is asking me for sample hand history. sometimes ev$ is calculated sometimes not....and yes tournament summary is saved into same folder......but srsly this has nothing to do with ev$ calculation. this is only a standard request from your support when they got no clue. PLEASE FIX IT NOW. how can you sell a statistics programm with srsly bugs in calculation. please involve professionals graduated in mathematics.....ty

srsly I sent more than one email in the past year and got replies as well !!!.....i replied from my registered email to faq@holdemmanager.net

still not working and still no response from support. i paid for a software to proof my results but the software is not able to simply multiply equity % with prize pool....sick

I'm trying to track it down, but I cannot look it up without knowing what email you have sent from.

The handhistory + summary file you emailed was of a shootout SNG. 4 players. Where you play a HU SNG--> and if you win--> you play a second match against the winner of the other two players.

We don't calculate EV for these games, as they're similar to a MTT. The other (unknown) table affects your EV but as we can't see what's happening at the other table, no EV Diff is calculated.
