I think they are ok, I would just change the BB fold to steal range to something like less than 65, btwn 65 and 85, and more than 85-

Instead of Fold to Steal ranges I prefer the Blind Defend stats, which also include calls.

No, it's called 'Defend Steal' in deed, you find in HUD Options => vs. Steal.
It is the sum of calls + 3-bet versus steal.

Personally, I want to see how often my opponents don't fold to steal at all.
Instead of Resteal (or 3-bet vs. Steal) I have the 3-bet oop stat. (Plus, I also have the 3-bet ip stat, but not the total 3-bet stat.)

Btw, what are your stats for? MTT, CG, no limit, limit, 6-max, full ring? Depends a great deal on that.

For my intentions your stats would be too general. I definetely want to know the ranges by every position a player has and not just the average. Consider Raise first for every position from EP-SB.

As we keep learning the game, the hud will change accordingly. There is no golden rule that fits for all kind of skills. Your settings are good if they give you an advantage. As I see it, preflop play is a war of ranges. Mind the gap principle. If someone open raises from MP, you should definetely know whether he does it with say 15 or 25% if you consider a call or a 3-bet. An average PFR or Raise First data won't help that much. My two cents, good luck.
