Hello

I've just bought HEM (I was using a trial version to this day)
When I launch HEM, I need to register online but the registration failed:
Could not activate license at server.
No more activations allowed. You must first deactivate the software from the original machine before attempting to activate again.

I don't know how to specify my new serial number.

I've already done:
- uninstall/reinstall HEM
- delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic

When I go to Registration Home Page (http://holdemmanager.net/Registration) and I try to add my serial number, I get the message: This serial number is not valid or has not yet been used.
I see nothing else on this page. The section "Serial Codes currently associated with this account" is empty.

What can I do?

Stopped looking for additional licenses.
