i get this message when i open HEM

Microsoft.NET Framework

Unhandled expectation has occured in your app. Click continure or quit bla bla bla

Quiting doesnt close HEM but it jsut kinda freezes and clicking coninute makes this window pop up again.

Any ideas? Ideally could we arrange a TV session as I'm not great with PC's.
Thanks

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.01_12Jan2013.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

Are you running a legal version of Windows you actually can update?

Reinstall HM2 with the full installer: Downloads and Manuals - Hold'Em Manager, Omaha Manager & HM Apps (http://www.holdemmanager.com/store/downloads-manuals.php)
(try installing it to and running it from a different folder)

HM1: try this update: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_20Feb2013.exe

If that doesn't resolve it reinstall HM1 with the full installer @ http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe (install it to and run it from a different folder!)

Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, etc, ínternet security'bundles will not work well with holdem manager.

Please do the following steps, so we can get your computer to a state that we know will work with Holdem Manager:

1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles.
2) Reboot your computer
3) Please install the latest version: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe
4) Enable Windows Firewall's recommended settings through your Control Panel, turn off Windows Defender, and add firewall exceptions for HM and SQL - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/275/Windows+Firewall+%7B47%7D+Defender+Problems
5) Install Microsoft Security Essentials for antivirus/malware protection and update it - Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows (http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/)

If you feel the need to pay for security I would suggest ESET NOD or Kaspersky.

Which site and which games? Cash, SNG, MTT, Rush/Zoom, etc?

If this is stars zoom tables please see this faq - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/641/How+to+setup+Holdem+Manager+to+run+with+Pokerstars +Zoom+tables

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both is in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.
