View Full Version : Flop Donk Bet vs Raise stats wrong

I just clicked on the Default Flop popup of an opponent to see his reaction stats when I raise his donk bet.
This is what it was showing:

Donk Bet vs Raise
Donk-Call 0 (3)
Donk-Raise 99 (2)
Donk-Fold 33 (3)

So there must be some kind of bug as the sum should be 100 and the number of cases the same for all three stats. It probably should be:

Donk-Raise 66 (3)

There are two forces at work here:
-1 all stats are based on the number of opportunities you have.
You don't automatically only have 3 options: Call, Raise, Fold.

When a third opponent involved in the hand reraises the raiser (so you donkbet, a player raiser, another player -with a stack bigger than yours- re-raises all-in, the action is back on you) You now no longer have the opportunity to re-raise.

So that's why they're not all based on the same sample size of (3).

-2 The sum should be 100%: this is related to -1, and explained here: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2052/DatabaseUpdateUtility (read the last part with the 'stat changes')

Of course, you are right, I didn't think of that.

Whenever you are raised higher than your remaining stack (plus your bet) you can only call or fold. In that case the stats posted above make sense.

So no bug here, thanks for the correction.
