Fulltilt.eu does not seem to work with tablescanner

today I installed Fulltilt.eu and it seems that tablescanner is not able to search this site. General problem or wrong handling by user ;-)

Are you using HM1 or HM2?

There shouldn't be any TableScanner issues with FullTilt.EU.
Can you post a screenshot of your Full Tilt lobby and TableScanner filter settings when you run the scan?

I just updated everything and went through all the steps to make HEM1 work again with ftp.eu. But my tablescanner screen stays empty. It's like he can't refresh or reload the page, it stays empty. Hope u will look into this matter. Looking forward to your reply. Thnx

same here. Using HM1 and just updated to fulltiltpoker.eu
Opening the tablescanner and checkmarking FulltiltPoker as Pokersite the popup says "FullTiltPoker process not found"

I did the update but still I get the error "FullTiltPoker process not found"

Delete the file Program Files/RVG Software/HoldemManager/Config/exenames.txt
Then start HM1 again.

Sorry, you're right, this is problem on our side.
TableScanner has to internally add support for the (new) FullTiltPoker.eu client.

I've forwarded this issue to ScannerSupport to fix as soon as possible.

I dont use any custom filters. (Just using the scan profiles, due to low samplesizes)

As for the Lobby, it doesnt change at all.
On other clients the scanned tables highlight as they are scanned but at FT nothing happens

Tablescanner works after latest update, but I am having problems with my hud. Stats are moving and my own stats are coming up. Did all the things that u suggested but nothing works. I hope you can help me out asap. Many thnx.

I am playing fulltilt and playing normal 6 max cash games. After latest update tablescanner works, but hud gets all messy. Own stats starts showing, also tried the hud options, which doesnt work, and stats are in wrong place. I just came back from a small vacation, hence the late reply. I can play with correct stats on the right people when I downgrade it to 1.12.10b, but tablescanner won't work with that built. I hope u can help me out here. Many thnx

It's normal the own stats start showing. (Not being able to HIDE the HERO HUD is a known bug, bugticket: HMONE-218 ("HM1: hud options--> player preferences--> appearance tab--> disable hero in HUD is not working")


Though there shouldn't be any 'messy HUD' issues in the last build. Can you recheck your seating preferences: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/34/PreferredSeating and make sure Full Tilt.exe is running with administrator priviliges.
