I get an error that says [ An error occured on startup; could not load file or assembly 'sorttbls.nlp' or one of its dependencies. the system cannot find the file specified. ]. I googled it and found the same thing posted on these forums and he basically had to use revo uninstaller to completely remove it from his cpu than do a full re-install and it started working. I tried all of that and I still get the same error.

Which operating system?
All service packs and windows updates installed?
Microsoft .net framework 3.5 svp 1 installed?

Please try this:
Reinstall microsoft .net framework:

1) download and run this uninstaller -
http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
2) install this one:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe
