Apollooh 4bet in the co v a bt 3bet. yet the stat in the active player window still says 4bet%/Call%/Fold% 0/0/100. Is this because the hand is 5 handed so that the middle position 4bet stat increases instead of co? if so i think this is wrong as even though were 5 handed he has still opened from the co, therefore this stat should change and not mid pos.

Thanks for the info. I checked the hand and i think it is counted as "out of position" 4bet. Can you check this with your data?
If this is true i think the explanation text above the 4bet stats is slightly wrong?

im not sure how i can check with my data? the 4bet stat is always very low for all players. maybe not all the hands are being imported correctly? definitely needs investigating for the integrity of this data. its making me think what other stats within hem are incorrect too.

has this been fixed yet and if so is there anyway of fixing the old hand histories that have already been imported?

PM me which email address you used to email support so I can check what the status is for this.

When fixed, you do need to reimport all the original handhistories into a new empty database.

please fix this, its been over 4 months. An incorrect stat is worse than having no stat at all.

I am also experiencing problems with the CO stats in the active player window, could you please arrange a fix. The CO vs stat is one of the most important stats in the active players window so would be nice to get it fixed.

At the moment our developers are working on some improvements and corrections for the stats so i hope it will be fixed in the next releases.
