I just completely reinstalled HEM due to several errors. Apparently, the MTT Reports tab does work again, but not the cashgame Reports (see "Error 42p01" thread).

Also, one thing's still odd: In Tourney/Results/DataView, no MTT hands are showing up. Only SNG hands seem to be visible (6max & 45man), but no KO SNG hands and no MTT hands, neither marked nor unmarked hands. There were no HH import errors, and I imported summaries without errors as well. The MTT data seems to be absolutely correct.

The replayer still has issues with antes and from time to time there are display issues in the Reports tabs, cutting off parts of lines and making it impossible to scroll.

FWIW no, I am not willing to create a 5th or 7th or w/e trial database again.

Then, the most important thing: in order to register the fresh install - how the hell do I figure out my user name? I have no clue about my account data and therefore can't even reset my acc password.

Damn, what a hassle. :mad:

Did you ever create an account on Hold'Em Manager Poker Tracking and Analysis Software (http://www.holdemmanager.com?) If not please create a new one and enter your key to reset your profile.

Do you see the MTT hands in the tourney hands reports? Did you import the hands and the summaries? Please check your filter settings for this too.

The replayer antes bug is still not fixed.

Thanks a lot Karsten. Actually, yes there has been an accidental filter setting which didn't show up as such, so the missing hands part is fixed. Thanks for the hint (and shame on me^^).

Regarding the account, I definitely know my HEM has always been registered (I purchased HEM through learn2holdem), so I assume I already have an account but just can't remember the data. Would you be able to reset my acc when I send my mail addy and serial number, or should I just create another acc?

As for the 42p01 error, guess we should have a look at that during a teamviewer session, but it's of minor priority since I don't plan to play cash the next weeks. I'll shoot you a mail next week.

I don't think you have an accout. Just create a new one on Hold'Em Manager Poker Tracking and Analysis Software (http://www.holdemmanager.com)
