Hello,

Step payouts are incorrect for Step 3's on Pokerstars.

1st-2nd place payout is set for $0. Should be $215 payout.
Note: 1st-2nd are the same payout. Both get a seat to Step 4 ($215).

3rd place payout is set for $135. Should be $82 payout.

4th-5th place payout is set for $0. Should be $82 payout.
Note: 3rd-5th are the same payout.

6th-9th place payout are correct at $0.

Is HEM supposed to put the correct payout for Steps on PS and FT ?

Mine has never done it. I thought it was becuase the pay out is not money, but ticket

OMG. I have never seen that, and I thought it was normal just becuase those tournaments issue tickets.

Do I have to change something in my configuration for this to happen with my holdem manager?.

As well, since a few HEM revisions, it is not discriminating between Turbo and Normal tourneys. Anyone experiencing this too?

I'm not sure what Octavian meens with the $.

For the tourney type: this is a known issue. I hope it will be fixed in the next releases.

So, is HEM supposed to report the payout in its equivalento to Dollars?

I take those tickets as if they were money too, then what I have been doing to to manually enter the equivalent value in dollars... from Octavian I understand the HEM does it automaticalle (maybe I was missunderstanding)

Yes if its working it will calculate the $ value of the ticket

I just want to be able to know how much value I'm up/down in the step 3's without having to add it up myself. As of right now HEM keeps track of them but does not record the value of them.

I would also like HEM to do this for ALL steps. Would you like me to provide the information for all the other steps? I don't mind if it will speed up the process.
