Pokerstars sngs - hem not catching the last hand of the tournament

Hi all. I've been having a problem lately.. my hem1 doesn't seem to catch the last hand of most of my mttsngs, thus it doesn't finish the tour and it stays as " not finished". How can I fix it? Thanks!

Are you closing the tables to fast? This can be a problem if you are using table ninja or have the autoclose function enabled in the stars client.
Please check the handhistory of the tourney. Do you see the missing hand there?

I have checked the handhistories and they have the last hand there. I don't use TableNinja, nor I close my tables too fast. This only happens in tournaments and mttsng. Thanks!

Yes, of course I'm saving and importing tournament summaries. Anyway, I decided to upgrade to hem2, and this problem doesn't occur anymore.
