if a a player is replaced the hud wont recognice that, one has always stop restart the hud for a refresh while active players still get there hud updated.

how can new players be ignored that way.

the problem with stop/start the hud is that each table has a different seatcounting vs the dealer. so every hud has to be readjusted to each table afterwards again.
pritty annoying thing while playing multiple tables as there are constantly dropping of the tables.

please either fix the problem that a seat will be remembered belonging the tables name or better just refresh/check if the players may have switched.
thx

Please make sure you are running HM2 as administrator. If that does not resolve the issue, you may need to try on a new database. Here are instructions:

1) Go to C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager 2 (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)
2) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for HudFuncsApp.exe

Add exceptions for HM2, PostgreSQL, and any other programs you use for poker to your firewall and anti-virus exceptions lists.

Turn off User Account Control: http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/12/30/how-to-disable-and-turn-off-uac-in-windows-7/]How to Disable and Turn Off UAC in Windows 7 « My Digital Life

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

You need to make sure that this folder

7/Vista: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
Showing hidden files and sytem files and folders: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tuto...torial151.html

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager
Showing hidden files and sytem files and folders: http://www.microsoft.com/resources/d....mspx?mfr=true

is not read only and that all permissions are set to full for your user name. The folder will continue showing read only after that, this is an issue in Windows.

Create a new database -
http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1431/How+is+a+new+database+created+in+Holdem+Manager+2% 3F

If that solves the issue, you can reimport the previously imported hands from the C:\HM2Archive folder.
http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/81/Options+%7B47%7D+Hand+Importing+%7B47%7D+Manual+Ha nd+Importing

All original hands that are auto-imported into HM2 get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your log file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread. -

running as admin all the time. win7 running on autoupdate. firewall is ok virenscanner also.

this problem only apears on pkr. neither on full, stars, everst, bwin, betfair, titan nor at party.

and as i said its not the problem that HH will be ignored, its only that new players will be ignored,
the hud remains from the player sat there before with all data equal zero/not exciting.

why this should be than a database problem. sounds more like a parsa one reading handhistorys.

i will check it on a different computer if i have the issues there befor i even think of touching a running system that way.

1.i am testing a new database within the same system if that may have the same problem
-hmmm thats working right., must be the database. oohhhhnoo

Under compatility tab, are we suppose to set something aside from running this as an administrator? https://imagicon.info/cat/10-3/vbbiggrin.png

Either turn off UAC: Turn off User Account Control: Turn User Account Control on or off (http://windows.microsoft.com/is-is/windows-vista/turn-user-account-control-on-or-off) and reboot

Or for all the important HoldemManager .exe files (and the pokerclient's .exe files) turn on 'run this program as an administrator' under the compatibility tab.
