I checked the FAQ, but couldn't find any obvious solution. Import works fine, but TableManager won't recognize any tables (4 open) and no HUD appears. I tried the "force on top" -feature mentioned in the other thread, but still dead.

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.

Try the table finder - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+)

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

I can't get tablefinder to list the table so I can high-light it. I tried dragging, then OK, then open TF again. Still nothing. It does recognize the window name, but won't list it.

Same thing for me today. I use 1.11.05 Beta 18, and it worked fine a few days ago.

After the "Ongame freeze problem" a few days ago I downloaded the new beta, use the "Stay on top", and that worked fine as a quick fix.

But when I played today it doesn't import the hands or show the HUD at all. Although I can import the hands manually with "Import from folder".

Ongame sometimes lock the hand histories that cause this problem. The simplest way to fix it is to close the ongame client, start the auto import before you start the ongame client and then the lock shouldnt happen. Might be worth getting into the habit of launching auto import before running Ongame from now on to help prevent this issue.

Starting Auto-import before Ongame helped with the import but the HUD still refuses to appear.

1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Ok, got it to work with one table after deleting HUD pref files. Just tried 2-tabling, client froze. should I start skimming through the other thread now?

Hopefully I won't have to use tablefinder too much in the future, not really great while multi-tabling.
