Loading Pokerstars Bonuses

Hi

Sorry if this is the wrong place - but how do I load Pokerstars bonuses into Holdem Manager e.g. VIP Stellar Rewards, bonus earned through the Sit n Go Leaderboards etc.

Is there a report which I should request from Pokerstars to import, or is there a way to manually load these?
