Table ninja freeze out

Hi!

I can use 5- 30 minutes the tableninja, because it's regulary freeze out. I tried to reinstall the .NET frame, and TN too. Did not help me.
Did the update faileure cause this?

I've had several reports like this but I'm unable to reproduce this on my test PCs so far. Please send a copy of the following files to support@alxsoftware.com and I'll check them over for errors:

1) Your TNFTLog and TNFTConfigAutoLoad files. You will find them in C:\Program Files\TableNinjaFT

2) A screen shot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions at How to make screenhot? Taking screenshots is fast and free. No software to download (http://www.iopus.com/guides/screenshot.htm). Please send the screen shot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

The program freeze out 4 minutes after the last log note.
And when the program is frozen, the enter button is not functionating anywhere, if it's help.

any news? I've got the same problem here with Table Ninja FT. After 5/10 minutes of playing it crashes.

I got this same problem. PS tableninja works perfect but not for FT at all.
it stops after certain time.
also 50% pot bet or 100% pot bet does not work correctly.
for reference I am playing PLO

We are still working on a fix for this problem. In the meantime you might try the TableNinja 2 beta. It supports Full Tilt and I haven't had a report of crashes with it yet. You can download a copy of the beta here:

For me, whenever I open a new FTP table and sit, TNFTP seems to lock into 22-25% processor usage, and will not respond to any hotkeys. I have to kill TNFTP in Task Manager and restart, then everything is fine, until I open a new table, and then it will lock up again. Will try the TN2 Beta tomorrow and report back.

Edit: Tried installing TN2 and it tells me "This version of TN2 cannot run at this time. Please check http://www.tableninja.com for more details."

TN2 do not works under WinXP - at all. Because there is no Aero in XP. This is why you got such message.
Regardling lags and CPU usage:
Please set TN and poker client to run as admin :
Navigate to TN install folder, find EXE file there, do right-click - properties - compatibility - set "Run this program as administrator" = ON.
Do the same with poker client EXE.
And add all these files to antivirus \ firewall exceptions.

Win7, but I have Aero turned off because it causes lag when running 18+ tables. Is this why I get the error message? All programs already run as Admin and have been in the exceptions list long ago.

TN2 requires Aero enabled - and will not work if is is not ON.
You also need to have desktop composition enabled but that should happen by default.
If your unable to use TN2 with Aero enabled please go to TableNinja 2>Setup and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button. Then send a copy of that file to check it over for errors.

Personally think it's a bad idea that TNFTP only "works" with Aero on. Aero is an annoying feature, and it's a memory hog. For poker players who are running multiple memory intensive programs (Stars, FTP, Party, HM1 or 2) all at the same time, it just seems wasteful to force us to use more memory unnecessarily. But hey, get the bugs fixed, and this will be unimportant IMO. but since you haven't been able to, even since before Black Friday, I imagine everything written is falling on deaf....errrr....blind eyes?

In order to keep TNFTP from potting every street, I have had to edit the FTP custom bets. Is this a known bug?

FTP custom bets should be defaults for TN betting work normal.
Also try to increase table size. And use Racetrack layout.

Hi,

If you are using TN1 FTP then you do not need to enable Aero, If you use TN2 then you do need to enable Aero.

I am using TN2 but this is not what i was asking, i was i fact asking what enable transparent glass is, because i cannot find it

You should find it in advanced settings do the following

Go to start
Right click on Computer
Properties
Advanced system settings
Click on advanced tab
Settings
IF It is not listed there then don't worry about it.
