Which site are you scanning?
Can you post a screenshot of your lobby and scanner filters when you run the scan?

Try creating a new database, import some hands, to check if the stats will then show up.

There shouldn't be any risk involved to your existing database by creating a new database for testing. I create countless databases for testing customer problems or running test cases before a new release all the time and it never affects my main database that I keep for my personal hands.

But i need to make any back up before? And what do i need to do to jump from one database to the other?
I had problems "playing around" with databases.

You can make a backup of the database or just the notes/settings if you want to safe but I have never had problems changing from database to database on a daily basis and I have been using HM2 for over 2 years.

This FAQ explains the basics of the Database Manager Ribbon - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/5/Database+Manager+%28Ribbon%29

This FAQ explains how to backup the database and settings - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1471/How+does+Backup+and+Restore+Database%2C+Settings+a nd+HUD+configs+work%3F

This FAQ explains how to backup the settings/notes without the database - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/931/Reinstalling+on+a+new+PC+-+Backup+your+settings+ONLY

You can double-click the database you want to activate in the ribbon to activate the other database.

Ok, created the new database, imported a few hands, and still the same.
I looked with more attention and realized that the tables displayed arent the tables i have there at NL50 or for any other limit. Searched by player name on stars to see if i could find any of those players displayed by TS, but couldnt find any. There is something very wrong here

Thank you for the screen shot. I seem to be having the same problem but I don't have any hands in my database from stars. I tested on party also (once again, no hands in my database) and had the same results. I have sent an email to the scanner developer and our testers to see if this is a known issue.

Looks like you're using InstaScan, but InstaScan currently works for Stars.COM only...

Open scanner "Settings->InstaScan" and set "PokerStars" to "Classic".
Then it will scan your local Stars.ES lobby, tables and player...
