View Full Version : Replayer doesn't show HUD stats

Hello,

I'm having this issue for quite a long time.

I did the last update to 1.11.05 but it still doesn't work.

Of course, all is checked under the replayer such as ""Show player stats".

Is there a workaround to make it finally work as it should be (it did when I first installed it but it's been a long time since it doesn't show it anymore).

Thank you,

Framepler

Are you using a notebook or unusual resolution? Is the table manager running while the replayer is open? Does it work fine when playing live

Yes, it does work well when running "live".

I do sometimes launch it when the table manager is still running (is it an issue?)

I'm using a desktop with "normal" configuration, nothing special on that side.

Hope this helps.

Cheers

Try this new version and let me know if the problem persists http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/38356-1-11-05a-pre-release.html

Also make sure the table manager is running as it wont work without it, if the problem persists

Thanks for the infos, I followed the steps and removed completly the application and reinstalled it.

"Fun" fact is that works perfectly under my Administrator 's profile, not mine which is a user profile only even if I gave complete rights over "RVG Software" under Program Files.

Is there another/others folder where I should give my user account full rights?

Thanks for your help!

Ideally you give EVERY folder/program admin rights, by turning off the User Account control:

Hello,

I choosed to run this account under user account 's right for security reasons.

Everything runs perfectly that way (HeM and other applications) except the HUD stats under the replayer itself.

Since I gave complete rights over "RVG Software" under Program Files (to make HeM works properly), it seems to me that there is another folder somewhere else used by HeM which also needs these rights.

Could you tell me what other(s) folder(s) (history somewhere else for example?) I need to give it complete rights to this user account please?

Thank you,
Framepler

I don't think there are any other folders.
You still have no stats in the replayer?

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(X86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). It may be just called holdemmanager if you've extenstions turned off.

I checked again yesterday, Table manager launches, no problem but no stats under the replayer with my account.

Everything works well with my admin account...

I uploaded the file you requested. I hope this helps finding the root of this cause.

Thanks!
