Hello. I have the nevest version of HM and when im importing turnament summary from PS i get error importing.
And there is some problem on 888poker whit turnaments resoults as well.

Try reimporting the hands and summaries into a new empty database.

Still the same.. :(.
I had that update uinstaled but i make it second time.. rebot.. make new data base and import hh and summary.. hh import correct summary make error import. In turnament rersults i have turnaments but whitout size, i think tournament summary are not import correct.

When you make some stable HM1 version that work for all soft?

If the tournament summary is corrupt (it's missing the 'size'?, are the files 0 bytes, or information is missing from the summary file?)
HoldemManager won't be able to import them.

Request all your summaries again from PokerStars.

I requested last 5 turnaments summary by email.. and i try to import them i still get error message. whitout it its almoust ok.. hud on PS is workinng, in turnament resoults i only have wrong turnament size and don't have chcecked "sum" box... Any other idea?

Email us a handhistory file + summary file of a game where this occurs.

I actually have the same problem. I also have the newest update installed, and the problem started after I set the hud working for zoom. Before that, there were no problems at all. Now I don't get the tourney size automatically and also hem seems to ignore some tournament hands, usually bigger pots.

I have also checked the tournament summaries and hand histories and I don't see anything wrong with them, even the hands that are ignored by hem are in the log file

I have the same problem with MTSNG 90 max. And it is not always written "knockout"

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files and summaries (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.com. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

hey there when I finish a SNG, it shows its not completed even though its done and doesn't matter if I win or lose it still shows as not completed.

the official build (12b) does not have this problem but using this version I cannot use the hotkeys feature in the pokerstars software, disabling huhud.exe allows me to hotkey again.

but with the newest 13 jan2013 build I can use the hotkeys but having this problem with sngs not being registered as completed win or lose. I Got to enter the results manually and its annoying when your playing one or two at a time.

We have an open bug in the latest Betas reading some Stars summaries. So you either need to go back to 1.12.10b and wait for a fix or edit the results manually.

ok the new march 2013 fixes this problem but how come i cannot use pokerstars built in hotkeys when hmhud.exe is running?

1) Go to C:\Program Files\PokerStars (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)

2) Right click the PokerStars.exe and choose “Properties”.

3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select “Run this program as an Administrator”.
If this option is greyed out it is because the UAC is disabled and you basically running as admin so no need to change anything.

4) Please repeat steps 1-3 for PokerStarsUpdate.exe and also for holdemmanager.exe in C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version) although holdemmanager.exe should be already set to run as admin by default.
