Hi,

I have the latest version of Pacific Poker and HEM, but it's not working optimally. It only imports a fraction of the hands and says error with the rest.

What shall I do?

thanks

Please install the latest version: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe and if the problems persist can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database) and see if the problems still persist, if so please email the hands that wont import to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread

I already have the the latest version of HEM.

When trying to delete my database, postgres wants my password, which I've forgotten. How to I retrieve/change it?

Edit: just found that it was postrespass.

Another question:

I think I now know how to make a new database, but how do I save the old hh's and transfer them to the new database, so I don't have to start from scratch again?

Hmm, I thought it worked, but it didn't. It only imports the first 1-10 hands at a table and then stops. Where can I retrieve the hhs you want me to send to you?

They will be either in the folder that pacific writes the hands to or else HM will have them archived at C:/Hmarchive

I have sent you a mail.

* Please try updating to the latest version 1.11.05b http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

* If that doesn't help, please check this and answer and post the questions FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: My HUD Doesn't Work (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/48/My+HUD+Doesn't+Work)

I updated holdem and went to the pacific, opened a table and clicked settings and switched in save hand history, and evrithing works now.

This format is not supported.
Where does this hand come from? Are you using the latest release of the pacific client?

One of the problems seems to be it autodetected my language and all the face cads and suits were misnamed. Will probably work now I've put it to English.
