Hey, I just want to make sure I am doing this right before I reformat my windows installation. I just went to "backup and restore", then backed up my HEM database, and it created a .hembk file. It is 72MB for about 150k hands. That sound right?

Sounds about right. I would still make sure you save all your original hand histories from your \HMArchvive and backup everything manually. Our backup/restore feature is relatively reliable but you should always have copies of the originals IMO.
