When I auto-import HM will after a while stop importing anymore hands either saying "importing...." or "did not find any new files" although there are several new files.
I need to stop the auto-import, quit and restart HM and the program will auto-import for awhile before the same problem occurs again. I tried vacuuming with pgadmin several times but that did not help.
I use version 1.11.05

We need some more details about your configuration:

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

* If that doesn't help, please check this and answer and post the questions FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: My HUD Doesn't Work (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/48/My+HUD+Doesn't+Work)

I am running Win7 (64bit). Holdemmanager, dbcontrolpanel and hmhud.exe are all run as Administrator (HMImport.exe is not). I don't know if the size of the database may be an issue but mine is very large.

1. What version of Holdem Manager are you using? 1.11.05

2. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site? Stars, FTP, Party, PaddyPower (iPoker)

3. Which type of game(s) are you playing? NLHE

4. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button? Yes.

5. Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files. -> Yes

6. Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from. -> Yes.

7. If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported. -> HHs are not imported

8. If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database) -> I can import them into the same database after I restart the client

9. Have you tried the Table Finder and did it work? FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+) -> The HUD works fine as long as the HHs are still imported

10. If you open the hand history files, are they written in English? Yes.

11. Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off. -> file is attached to this post

You have turned off archiving for Paddy Power Poker, can you go to that hand history folder and move any files in there to the archive folder, then turn on archiving and reboot HM and see if the problem persists

I enabled archiving for Paddy but the problem still persists. There are no files in the Paddy HH directories. I haven't played much at Paddy anway (<200 hands this month).
