View Full Version : Ongame: Missing hands that show in Table Manager

I recently got a new pc and am having troubles with HEM.

Some hands I play are not showing up in the reports, although I can see them in the Table Manager hand history list in the HUD. I can't see a pattern to which hands it misses.

Strangely, I copied some of the hand histories that were missed to another file and tried to import them, and it said that no hands were imported because all the hands were duplicate.

I am using v 1.11.05 Pro Holdem+Omaha with postgres 8.4.

Please clear your filters (Filter->clear) one time although it seems like no filters are defined.

There were no filters defined. Clearing the filters did not resolve the issue.

Just as a comparison I made a new DB and imported the same files and the missing hands show up in the reports. That still doesn't resolve the issue of my main DB, which is quite large, so I'd prefer not to abandon it.

Maybe I shouldn't have posted this in the poker site support forum - I assumed it was something with the new Ongame update, but maybe it isn't.

If they are showing up in the new database and not the old one it appears the database is corrupt so although i know its not ideal the only solution in that scenario is to backup everything and reimport into the new database

It may not let you export depending on the level of corruption, in which case youll need to import your archived hands instead.

Export any tourney summaries by selecting all your tournaments in the Data View Sub-Tab of the Tourney > Results Menu and choose Export Tourney Results and summaries

then reimport all your hands/notes/summaries into the new database

Just wanted to say that remaking the DB (I actually just restored from a backup and reimported) fixed the situation. Thanks.
