Holdem Manager Registration issue

I reinstalled Windows and reseted the cdkey on the Registration Home Page (http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration) but by doing so one key disappeared so i only have one serial number there.
If i click on "add serial number" i only get to a page where i'm asked to enter the new serial number so i'm a little confused how do i get the second serial number for my second pc?

We have no second key. You should have received one key which you can use on 2 of your computers at a time.
