Not sure why, but I have having some serious support issues. I downloaded the program 7 days ago and have has issues since say one. I still have them. The support person I was working with us unresponsive to email. Support email wont get any responses. No response to a recent thread post.
I want this program. it obviously works and people love it. I want to pay for it, but I am 1/2 way through my trial and I cannot even use it.
I really need someone from this company who cares about its customers to rear my posts, check my emails, and do something please.
