registration problem

hi,

i just bought a new notebook and i don't know how to activate my HM license on this PC , because when i tried the registration code i was told that it was not valid.
what should i do to validate my HM on this notebook ?

First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

This is a hidden SYSTEM file. (not just regular hidden files)




Also please try this:

1. Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Beta.exe
2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
3. Open HM and register
4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

i tried this and its not working...the error that i get is 403 : forbidden.. what should i do ??

edit: i already used both this serials on the previous pc and notebook and now i have reset them and tried to activate on this new notebook but i get same error .... 403 : forbidden ... any help please??

Please post the details of the error message (but edit your key) or please send the file reg.log (default path c:\program files(x86)\rvg software\holdemmanager\logs depending on your windows installation) with link to this thread and explanation to support@holdemmanager.com.
