Hi. I have Holdemmgr Prof. with PLO. My import for both NLHE and PLO works fine and I can see the hands under sessions. I also get a HUD for NLHE but no HUD when I play PLO even though Holdem Manager is recording them in my sessions. Any help to get my HUD appearing again would be appreciated?

Thanks.

please give HoldemManager Administrator rights:

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator". if the option is grayed out then this is because youve UAC disabled, in which case enable UAC Disable User Account Control (UAC) the Easy Way on Win 7 or Vista - How-To Geek (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-user-account-control-uac-the-easy-way-on-windows-vista/) and reboot the PC then do step 3 and then you can disable UAC again if you like.
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe and hmimport.exe

then Please install the latest version: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe and if the problem persists please let us know

Thanks, needed to update the version. Thought I had done that but must not have. Interestingly enough, with the first suggestions you gave I did not have an option under "compatability to run it as an admin". The only option I had (other than how many colors to run in, etc.) was what version to run it in but the only choices were Windows 95 and some older operating systems. I have XP which interestingly enough was not a choice. Maybe because by default Holdem Mgr. runs in XP ?

Thanks again!

This setting is not required under XP
