I get an error when starting a table scan
PokerStars: Could not detect Pokerstars Lobby

Ive used the wizard to set it up and am trying to use it on Pokerstars. Have walked through pokerstars troubleshooter for Table scanner and all looks fine.

HM2 works properly otherwise

Any ideas please?

Set the lobby language of PokerStars to English.
Sort the tables in the lobby alphabetically.
Leave the lobby at its default size (showing the default columns in the lobby)


Can you post a screenshot of your TableScanner--> scan profiles--> filter settings?
Make sure you use the Format filter [+] (=OR filter).. and don't use multiple [V] (=AND) filters.

In the "stakes" filter only select the stakes you'd like to filter for.

In the "format" filter, try not using the speed filter, but also set it to [V].

OK reset the filters but I still receive the error
PokerStars: Could not detect Pokerstars Lobby
when starting the scan. Huds all work and im getting the hands through.

Your stars lobby view still looks strange, i guess the scanner doesn't like the graphical table display on the right side.
How did you activate this? I can't see it in my stars installation.
You should try to use a standard text view. It's probably under View -> lobby themes

This is what the lobby should look like.
Notice two red circles:
-1 your lobby seems stretched vertically (showing more tables). It should look like mine.
-2 On the right side it should not show a visual interpretation who's sitting at the table.

Great thanks guys. It appears it was the table view. I have no idea how it got turned on to the graphical view but I found it under options > beta options > enable graphical view for ring games (beta).

Its now found the lobby and were in action. Thanks again ;)
