HEM Not Importing All My Hands

This has been happening since I r-installed HEM after I rebooted my laptop about a month ago.

It imports hands, but seems to lag, and doesn't catch them all. For instance, I lost a BI last night, but it doesn't show on my graph, in the reports, or the HH isn't even in the session tab or hands tab, it just didn't catch it.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Beta.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.


Hands played on which site? Will the hands show up if you reimport them?
