View Full Version : License issue after trial Omaha

I have PRO version of HEM and managed to get a 15 day license to trial Omaha manager - which I was very grateful for. However the 15 day trial license has now expired, I cannot reset my license, the registration system doesn't seem to want to know (can't login, won't recognize any username but will not allow me to re-register either). I have been without HEM for 36 hours now - which isn't great - I emailed support yesterday morning UK time and have had no response.

What do I do now??? :(

Please try the following:
1. create a new text document in the config folder and name it licdebug.txt
2. open hm and register the program
3. close hm and delete the licdebug.txt file
