After having the problem (it was tracking good in .com), i erased previous database, reinstalled the program and it still tracking bad the results.

Thanks a lot.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HMONE-182: Pokerstars - SnG Result Parsing Broken since Recent Update (16 Nov) for FT

I have added your email address to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.

Also of note, in case you aren't already saving your tournament summary files:

You may need to request and import any/all your tournament histories and import those to HM. Stars did not write the tourney summaries to your hard drive in the past, like FTP did. They recently added this feature, so please enable the option in the PokerStars client and add the folder to your Auto Import Folder Configuration.

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/441/Poker+Stars+Tournament+Summary+Setup

Email support@pokerstars.com and ask for ALL your old Hand Histories and Tournament Histories/Summaries.

They will send you an email with links to zip files of your hand histories. Download all the zip files. Right-Click > Extract the contents of each zip file to a new folder. HM > Import From Folder for all of the unzipped hands.

The tournament summaries should be attached to the email as .htm files. Download the attachments. HM > Import File(s) for all of those files. It will probably ask you to search/select your Pokerstars screen name. If the files are sent as .html you will need to rename them (Right-Click > Rename) from .html to .htm extensions.

Thanks a lot for your quick response. I'd just noticed that, asked for the history and it seems to be working properly.

But I would also like to ask you if you know a solution for 888.es records. The problem with stars is already solved, but I still have the problem with 888.es tournaments and when I ask them for the tournament history, they send me an .xls file that HM doesn't recognize.

Is there anything I can do with the configuration??

Thank you very much,

Lorenzo

We don't support the 888 poker .xml results file format.
Can you email us this file? (we'd like to see its formatting)

888/Pacific, unlike PokerStars does not write the tournament results to a separate summary file, nor do they write any information to the handhistory file. So you'll have to manually edit some of your results in HoldemManager.
