Hello

I have had a look through the forum but can not see a solution for this.

Recently installed Kaspersky 2011 and now i can not use HEM
i have added HEM to the trusted applications list and still nothing

I get this message everytime on start up:

Error creating Stat Ranges xml file: Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config|StatRanges.xml' is denied

I can see there was similar problems with old versions of kaspersky but after following the advice can still not sort this

anybody else have this problem and know a solution?

Thanks

Which Operating System, Firewall, are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

I'd personally completely turn off UAC: User Account Control

Also update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Beta.exe
