can't install leakbuster

I am trying to install leak buster but with no success.
i keep getting an error

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

please reinstall your Microsoft .NET Framework:

1) Run http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
2) Install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe

I use windows vista and AVG as an anti virus.
Why is it that it is always necessary to change my configuration to make sure this products work?

Update Vista to Service Pack 2
Manually run a Windows Update and install ALL .net framework updates.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, reinstall .net framework (link in my previous post)

OK, i have done all that and i still get the same error message.
Looks like i am not going to use this tool after all. Any other recommendation you can thing of please?

Reinstall HoldemManager using the ful 93 mb installer (don't reinstall SQL)
