View Full Version : Activation Issue: "There is not enough space on the disk." (server side?)

Every few days HEM asks me to reactive and its no big deal. I just go to the site, reset my license and its good to go. Today this happened and I tried to reactivate and I'm getting a strange error message. I am able to reset my license but when I try to reactivate the software I get the following error message:

Errors connection to the server.

Details:

Could not activate license at server.
-There is not enough space on the disk.

This should not be an issue on my side. I have 40GB remaining on my primary disk and a shade under a TB on my secondary disk.

I was able to reactive now so problem apparently solved. No idea what was causing this. I changed nothing on my side.

Edit: managed to register in the end. I just kept trying it and after around 10 tries it finally registered! :)

The hosting company for our servers is having connection issues. Rest assured we are doing everything to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Who is this affecting?

Licensing works in that it tries to connect once every 2 weeks to verify your license. Users who had their license verified 2 weeks ago are having the problem right now.

Holdem Manager Email is also affected.
