I got the old "you need license activation" notification and I can't get through it whatsoever.
I have rebooted, I have updated to the newest version, I have tried registering (I can't seem to login though I tried my Forum account and HM account, but says fail to login).

Same here. Sent an email with the details copied to clipboard to support. Udated to 1.11.05 w/reboot, deleted postmaster.pid w/reboot, turned postgreSQL off and on w/reboot with no success.

Also just attempted the following with no success found through search:

Also please try this:

1. Update to Hold'Em Manager - Poker Tracking and Online Analysis Software (http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...nager_Beta.exe)
2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
3. Open HM and register
4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

Same thing here although when I try to "reactivate" its telling me that I don't have enough disk space to complete activation.

I got these messages:

"Could not activate licence at server."
"There is not enough space on the disk."

Woa, almost a lot of people seem to be having this problem. I tried firing up HEM and got the same error. Though I'm glad that I'm not the only one with this issue. I almost thought I accidently messed up my database or something.

The hosting company for our servers is having connection issues. Rest assured we are doing everything to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Who is this affecting?

Licensing works in that it tries to connect once every 2 weeks to verify your license. Users who had their license verified 2 weeks ago are having the problem right now.

Holdem Manager Email is also affected.

Dunno if this belongs here, I don't have problems with the program itself, but I can't log into my account on the website. I tried to renew my password via e-mail, but it just reports failure to reset password and I get no mail. Do I need to send e-mail to someone or what?

email sales@holdemmanager.com
they can reset your serial.

You could also try to just create a new account at
Registration Home Page (http://www.holdemmanager.net/registration)
(using a different email address)
