I just noticed HEM sometimes does not count session duration correctly and therefore also does not calculate the correct $/h (TOURNEY/Results/Stats). As you can see in the Data View tab below, I played 19 of 45man turbo SNG tonite which took from 18:54 (1st hand dealt) to 20:21 (last hand dealt). In the Stats tab it shows 7.7h. Btw I don't get what the Time column means but there's something wrong for sure as well (390.5).

At 2010/10/11 the 7.7h are also too high although the Time # is much smaller.

FWIW my Stars account is set to CET, but in HEM Options I set Day Start Time to 6:00 which does not really compute. Weird, but never experienced any issues before though. I'm gonna change that now but I can't imagine this to cause the issue.

Any hint appreciated. I need the numbers to be correct LDO.

EDIT: BTW why isn't HEM able to calculate a redline for 45man SNG even though I imported the summaries?

I've been using .04, just updated today.

In the pic below you'll see the Time column shows strange numbers for all the tourneys I played yesterday, thus I've only sent HHs from one SNG. It's the one marked yellow in the pic (#145); according to the HHs it took from 19:13 to 20:04 but even though the Time column says it took 416.4 minutes if I get that correctly (do I?).

Thanks for your help guys, much appreciated.

Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Beta.exe

Did you import any requested summaries from PokerStars?

Does the TIME shown in the PokerStars client differ from your local computer TIME? Are you using a time adjustment for this in HoldemManager?

Yes I imported the summaries. Everything seems fine except of session duration and speed type which is incorrectly shown as regular.

My PS client is set to CET which is my local time zone, so it doesn't differ from my comp time.

In HEM, I set Day Start Time to 6:00 hours because I use to play like 22:00-4:00 CET and I don't want HEM to count one session as 2 days. So to speak HEM is set to ET. Never experienced any issues with 6max SNG though, thus I thought it might be tourney type specific. On the other hand, the affected SNG all range from 18:54 to 19:40 starting time (mostly from Oct 13 except of one)... but there are other SNG starting at the same time frame without issues.

Can you compare the TIME in the summary file with the TIME in the handhistory file.

Most likely PokerStars is using a different time, in the summaries they've sent you

Unfortunately I can't because I already deleted the summaries after importing, but I assume you are right and I will look after that in case the issue occurs again. I'll get back to you if you're (we're) wrong. Meanwhile I manually edited the incorrect data so I'm done with this for now.

Thanks again for your great assistance! :)
