My PC is only a pentium 4, a bit of a dinosaur.

I last year was using Trend micro, but everytime it went to auto update my pc would freeze if i had HEM running, that cost me 2-6k in big spots..ouch.

At the moment i'm using AVIRA Avirus and Zone ALARM firewall, both free versions, however i can't use HEM with this setup for some reason.

I am ready to buy a commercial anti virus program.

My question is what one to get for use with HEM, on a less than state of the art PC ?

I use Avira too and have no issues with it, it may well be the combination of the antvirus, poker site and HM taking up too much resources i.e your system not handling it, id advise to google for an antivirus that doesnt use too much resources but i dont know specifically off hand which ones are
