Played on Stars? Imported in 1.11.05? It's not a satellite is it?

I'm on the Merge network and my wins in tourneys show as losses. Plus one free roll shows as an $11.00 buy in?

My Leak Buster license is showing as invalid and I emailed tech support and have not received any response.

I had HUD problems also, with multiple tables, but I do believe this has been fixed.

Works great with FTP and Stars just not with my Merge account.

Vista Business completely updated today and HEM v. 1.11.05 installed yesterday, but it shows as 1.11.02b for some reason.

Sorry if I hijacked the thread. I just want this fixed.

If it shows 1.11.02b then the update didnt work, thats an old build so most of the issues are probably fixed in 1.11.05, Please try rebooting and Please install the latest version http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe again, sometimes hm processes dont close properly and the install messes up, so reboot and run the update before you open and other programs

You might need to reimport those trouble hands by deleting the hands and reimporting them or create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database) and import the hands into that.

if the problems still persist when you update to 1.11.05 and reimport the hands please email the hands to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread

regarding the leakbuster issue

If you contact leakbuster support they should be able to help

I restarted the computer, reapplied the patch, created a new database and backed up the old one.

Should I delete the old one then restore it and try again or just run with new one and see if that fixed the problem?

Also I did contact them at that email address and I received an auto response with ticket number:

2E0-1448A154-414D

Still haven't heard a response from that support team on the Leak Buster Issue.

Please export the hands following those instructions, then can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database) and reimport them into the new database and see if that resolves it

Can you just email leakbuster again, quote that code just in case something happened the email, there usually pretty quick to reply so if you dont hear back soon let us know and ill follow it up and let me know when the first email was sent

Just played and monied a donkament and it showed up as profit in my tourney stat's in the new database. So that's good.

I'll import/export my hand play (it's gonna take some time) and contact support again on the Leak Busters issue.

If this doesn't work I'll report back. Thanks for the help.

I exported my hands from my old data base and imported them into the new one created.

Everything worked pretty smoothly and I'm showing profits where they were once losses.

That one Freeroll I played shows up as an 11.00 loss though and is throwing my results off. Is there a string I can change in the database to give it a null value?

I resent that email with the ticket number also and I should get a response.

You can edit the results for this tourney manually in the dataview.
