View Full Version : Problem Updating from 1.11.04 to 1.11.05 Final

This what I get when I tried updating:

Luckily I managed to reverse the process to preupdate state (i have backup the whole system).

so now what should I do?

Please try rebooting and Please install the latest version: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe again, sometimes hm processes dont close properly and the install messes up, so reboot and run the update before you open and other programs

1. Restored my system to pre-HM update state using my backup system.
2. Reboot
3. Straight away run the update.
4. Still showed the same error message.

What next?

There was no need to restore a backup or something. The message just means that parts of Holdemmanager are running.

Please reboot your computer and install the update as first thing after the login.

I did what you asked me to do, see point 2 and 3.
The result still the same.

If you run the task manager and go to the process TAB after you reboot do you see hmhud.exe, hmimport.exe or holdemmanager.exe and if so kill those processes and run the update and if the problem still persists maybe we can do a teamviewer session to troubleshoot the problem, please email me with a suitable time to do the session and also the timezone your in.
