View Full Version : No stats on page REPORT

Something happened to my HM about month ago. I have notebook with Vista. I play on Stars. For a long time there were no problems, but now...

1. Table Manager finds all tables - no problems.
2. HUD works properly. No problems. During the session the stats change according to played hands.
3. The tab REPORT works in a strange way. Sometimes it works properly. Sometimes it doesn't show stats in the upper part of page and hands in the low part. Sometimes it starts work properly after a half an hour. Or it starts on next session.
When there is problem with REPORTS -on tab GRAPHS I don't see any graphs as well.

This problem doesn't depend on the HM version. The last version or beta - the same result

update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Beta.exe

try creating a NEW database and reimport your hands.


Also in control panel--> region and language check if the default date formatting of your computer is set to M/d/yyyy (good!) or d/M/yyyy (can cause problems with HoldemManager)

Yesterday after your advice I updated HM, created new base (no reimport), changed format of date. No problems.
Today - no stats, no hands.

What shall I do?

Which SQL version are you using?
set exceptions to pg_ctl.exe and postgres.exe to the firewall

Update your SQL by downloading the latest version from PostgreSQL: The world's most advanced open source database (http://www.postgresql.org)

Create a new database again--> reimport the hands
