I played a bunch of Sng with import on, and all the hands got imported (find them under Tourney/Reports). However, under the Tourney/results tab it says I started 21 tourneys but didn't finish any of them.

Are you playing on PokerStars? Are you importing tournament summaries? You can find instructions for doing so here:

You're right, that was pretty dumb of me. I figured if the hands were saved it wasn't an import issue. Thanks!

Is there a way to manually enter the first 21 results? Or do I need to mail pokerstars to get tourney summaries?

Still not fixed :(. I now have .txt folders with the tourney results, but HEM doesn't accept these files on import...

For new tourneys: Enable the option to save tournament summaries in the PokerStars client and add the folder to your Auto Import Folder Configuration.
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/441/Poker+Stars+Tournament+Summary+Setup
For old tourneys: email support@pokerstars.com and ask for ALL your old Hand Histories and Tournament Histories/Summaries.

They will send you an email with links to zip files of your hand histories. Download all the zip files. Right-Click > Extract the contents of each zip file to a new folder. HM > Import From Folder for all of the unzipped hands.

The tournament summaries should be attached to the email as .htm files. Download the attachments. HM > Import File(s) for all of those files. It will probably ask you to search/select your Pokerstars screen name. If the files are sent as .html you will need to rename them (Right-Click > Rename) from .html to .htm extensions.

Nope, a new database doesn't change a thing. When I try to import files manually it just thinks for a bit then does nothing. "Found 0 files to process...."

This is an example of the file I get in my history folder:

file name
TS20130121 T677466099 No Limit Hold'em $1.32+$0.18.txt

content
PokerStars Tournament #677466099, No Limit Hold'em
Buy-In: $1.32/$0.18 USD
9 players
Total Prize Pool: $11.88 USD
Tournament started 2013/01/21 22:43:15 ET
Tournament finished 2013/01/21 23:29:27 ET
1: bigvarken (Belgium), $5.95 (50.084%)
2: jonhf90 (Portugal), $3.56 (29.966%)
3: RiderArez (Portugal), $2.37 (19.949%)
4: SuperSergio5 (Canada),
5: Oqueserah (Brazil),
6: lgtmanu (China),
7: Peyman_22 (Iran),
8: Quasar6 (Belgium),
9: Kya1234 (Canada),

You finished in 1st place (eliminated at hand #92764170190).

Please zip and email the original hand history and tournament summaries (for Stars, FTP, and Pacific) files from c:/hmarchive and/or c:\hm2archive

files are zipped by right clicking - send to - compressed folder

For multiple files, copy to a folder, then zip them.

I am experiencing the same issue. I have followed the steps as described above though but my tourneys just don't finish according to HEM... Any more suggestions?

I run Vista, HEM version 1.13.01

Thanks in advance
