in beta 18 the HUD doesnt pop up automatically on ongame(betsafe) so i add them via table finder playing one table with HUD and one table without HUD and it didnt crash last 20 min

Edit: I added the other table on ongame and 2 min later it crashes again

This is a known issue were working on, weve a couple of TV sessions lined up to troubleshoot this so hopefully we can get to the bottom of it, seems Betsafe made some sort of change that effects HM and we need to find it, doesnt happen to all betsafe players though

Same here with GoalWin (Ongame), Hud slows down performance dramatically and finally freezes. When i restart the hud, i am back on track, but after awhile same thing happens.

11.05 beta 7 here

Try ticking forceontop in Hud options > table Preferences and let me know if that helps, if not try backing up exeNames.txt and then delete it from C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager/Config folder and restart HM and see if that has any effect

you will probably need to use table finder after deleting the exeNames file

Tried the 'force on top' solution 1 session, but it is no solution for me. I 9-table tiled with a little overlap, and the stats appear on top of each other. I noticed that opening more tables slows down performance dramatically (after having them open for awhile). It seems like some kind of memory leak, but i forgot to look at the mem usage of holdemmanager/table manager.

For next session (will be tomorrow probably) i will delete the file you told me and keep you posted. I will also take a look at the mem usage of hm.

My pc is very fast, (quadcore, win7 x64, with 6 gig mem) so that probably is not the problem.

If you tick "only active tables" that might work better with forceontop, if you turn off the hud does the lag still occur, let me know the mem usage results

Force on top doesn't work for me either, stat's only on active table is no solution. (i look at other tables too while i play, don't have time enough to only look at stats of active tables)

Goalwin uses 600k+ of memory, holdemmanager seems normal (50k or so)

After deleting the exenames.txt, and using tablemanager once for 1 table, everything worked just fine again. No crash or whatsoever.

I still think holdemmanager work a slow and laggy with GoalWin, compared to FT or PS, but this solution is ok.

Ok, played another session today. The second time that GOALWIN crashed instead of tablemanager/hud. It just closes down completely, without warnings whatsoever. Mem usage of Goalwin was approx. 715K during crash (9tabling with stats on all tables), mem usage of HM was approx. 65k.

Any ideas?

If this is on Goalwin and not Betsafe its a different issue, if its definitely crashing and not just freezing please follow this FAQ FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Crashing Problems With The Hud Or Holdem Manager (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/363/Crashing+Problems+With+The+Hud+Or+Holdem+Manager)

It originally only affected Betsafe as they were the first to test the update but all skins have it now,

Ongame released an update that caused a conflict between HM and Ongame, as a temporary solution while we look into this issue go to Hud Options > Table Preferences and tick Forceontop and if you stack or overlap tables you might want to choose the "only active table" option too.

In the meantime were working on a permanent solution but at this point we dont know if its possible or how long it will take.

okay the force ontop option works for me on betsson but I like to stack my tables and then t gets messy because I have 10 stats lined up behind each other... Now u say to click on only active tables. I dont have that option or I just couldnt find it any help with this would be appreciated.

.05a + Forceontop and its a bit a, when u see 100 stats of all the tables all the time...that canīt be the final solution. And I am not freezefree till now, got 2 crashes today like with .05 .

morny

you should be able to turn of forceontop with 1.11.05a as that solution shouldn't be needed now
