I'm going to buy a 15.5 sony laptop with 1920x1080 resolution. I see the processor they offer for it are

Intel® Pentium™ Dual Core P6100 processor (2.0GHz).
Intel® Core™ i3-370M processor (2.40GHz)[add $50.00]
Intel® Core™ i5-460M processor (2.53GHz) with Turbo Boost up to 2.80GHz [add $130.00]
Intel® Core™ i5-580M processor (2.66GHz) with Turbo Boost up to 3.33GHz [add $230.00]

My question is since i will 20 plus table with it with HEM and TN on, do i need the i5? I have i5-750 processor for my DESKTOP and it works great. The thing is i know someone who has a laptop and he can 40 table without any problems with HEM and TN on. I asked him his specs and he tells me he has a toshiba 18.4 laptop and its the same processor as this default one... the Intel® Pentium™ Dual Core P6100 processor (2.0GHz). He also has 3GB of ram instead of this one which is 4gb. I'm also surprised he told me his hard drive is 5400 rpm and doesn't have any problems. He tells me i shouldn't upgrade it because the default will work perfectly fine. My thinking however is that it only cost 130 dollars to get i5 and the total system would cost between 950 and 1100 depending if i get the default dual core, i3 or i5-460. I am pretty sure i don't need the i5-580.

For sure i will be upgrading

5400 rpm to 7200 rpm
2gb ram to 4gb ram

I am just thinking right now should i get the i5 processor. I read online the i3-370 and i5-460 is a very little difference except the turbo boost. But 130 dollars is definitely worth it correct? I need to know by tonight because today is the last day they have this offer for this laptop. Thanks!

Can you explain what you mean? I have no idea what you said. I also need to buy this laptop in the next few hours because the sale ends!
