I bought HEM over a year ago and had been using it fine, recently refreshed my harddrive and went to reinstall HEM and i am have trouble registering my licences, the 15 day trial is up now and now i can't use HEM. I've tried following the one thread in the forum but that didn't work.. i sent an email to support and still havn't got an answer .. looking for ideas on what i can do?
