Every time I try to open hold em manager, the same window pops up :

An error ocurred on startup: data error (cyclic redundancy check)

Anyone know whats going on?

Sounds like a problem with your computer hardware or operating system installation.

The only things i can recommend:
Make sure that your windows is uptodate, all service packs and all windows updates installed.
Reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework:

1) Download and run this uninstaller -
http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
2) Install this one:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe

Please uninstall HEM using Revo Uninstaller: FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Using Revo Uninstaller (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/126/Using+Revo+Uninstaller+)

After completion please reboot your computer and download and install the full installer from our homepage. Please make sure that the postgresql option is disabled during the installation.
