Hello,

I imported hands played yesterday, and then got this popup each time trying to display anything under HEM.

Downloaded last beta version. Tried again, same problem.
Went to the forums, Vaccumed database. Still same problem.
Then created new database. Re-imported hands into new database. Same problem on new database.

I'm out of solution ! :-(
Any help ?


PS : shall I uninstall postresql and perform a whole new full installation ? If so, how to uninstall postgresSQL ? Will HEM know I'm registered if doing so ?

Please don't touch Postgresql. Try to reinstall HM: Please uninstall HEM using Revo Uninstaller: FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Using Revo Uninstaller (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/126/Using+Revo+Uninstaller+)

After completion please reboot your computer and download and install the full installer from our homepage. Please make sure that the postgresql option is disabled during the installation.

I got this message and no hands were showing in tourneys either. I used the backup/restore thing, reinstalled HEM, had a quick look and got some cash hands without the error. Then I tried to restore the settings and such from the backup and now I get the error again. I guess I have to manually export/import notes/huds etc?

notes and rb are in the db so they're fine, huds i had exported so that went well. the backup thinger also worked for reports and filters. So I guess it was something with configs

If you backup and restore a database it will just export any errors with it.

Export any tourney summaries by selecting all your tournaments in the Data View Sub-Tab of the Tourney > Results Menu and choose Export Tourney Results and summaries

then reimport all your hands/notes/summaries into the new database

Got this same error again. I guess i should probably reimport everything to a new db this time?

e: Got the same error after creating a new db which is probably standard. Anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong to get this?

e2: Everything seems ok again after just reinstalling hem

Its a problem of the reports if you add currencies. Did you add or remove any columns to your reports?

Not right before the error I think but not sure obv, and def not any specific currency stuff like rake in eur or stuff, just the generic rake. I'll try to see what I did when it comes up next

Got it, iirc hadn't added any stuff to reports. But I had stuff filtered in the tourney details stuff on tourney-reports (buyin/# players). After clearing that everything seems fine again :O I have dabbled with that before and it says no filter next to the filter so I might've had it on for cash hands too these previous times.
