Tried to install update as hands weren't coming into HM now thinks I have trial

As the title says I don't really know what to do, as it's been so long since I updated the software and can't remember the login.
The program stopped importing hands, and after installing the update from the zoom thread, I can't even get into the program. Any suggestions? :/
