optimize players issue

hi not sure if this is the right place for this.
but lately i have been opening HEM, importing hands and when i refresh the session tab it doesnt show the current session results. so when i close it down and open HEM again it makes me optimize players for 10mins+. this has been happening every time over the last week.

i think it could be becuase my database is to big. also i saw someone else had an issue like this and support suggested delete and remake a database. i had a search in FAQ and couldnt see how i go about doing that.

just after some help on how to fix this issue.

create a NEW database and reimport ALL your hands

made a new database and imported all my hands but still having this issue.
also now it is not showing my results during a session. i have to close hem and re open it to see what my results were from the last session. the hud also says its tracked like 12 out of 100 odd hands and says im -1$. i think its just freezing.

its giving me the odd connection error signal but this never happened before.
