Holdem Manager not working on Laptop

My HM is not working on my laptop. I am using Vista and when I open HM I get this error message.

"Error creating Stat Ranges xml file: Access to path C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config\StatRanges.xml’ is denied"

HM is not opening properly and I can not us it. I have downloaded the last update but it did not fix the problem.

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

I'd just turn off User Account Control completely and reboot
