TableScanner--> settings--> appearance---> did you check the table sorting order settings?
Change them for >none> to your preferred sorting order.

I see the problem - settings aren't saved after clicking "Save". When I choose them, then close the window and open it again in Table Sort Order every option is set to None.

When i sort by VPIP (or whatever) the list change completely, like some different filters were applied:

By the way double click on a player to join waiting list isnt working after this update. I have to go to the table at left and double click there.

Yes, you're right. It doesn't save the changes you make to the table sort order.
I've written this up as a bug, and contacted ScannerSupport to fix this in the next buid.
