Outa curiosity, I opened up TableScanner Plugin, these were the first messages after i clicked scan tables:

12/01/2013 3:26:51 PM : NumThreads: 2
12/01/2013 3:26:51 PM : Server thread[4] finished.
12/01/2013 3:26:52 PM : res2
12/01/2013 3:26:53 PM : 2 Threads started
I know in NoteCaddy you can select number of threads 1 through 6, with 6 being the most CPU intensive. For those who have a pretty badass comp, is there any way to give TS more threads for better performance?
